Thank you for shopping with Eighteen & Co, LLC. We’re proud to create high-quality, made-to-order apparel for every customer. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Production

All apparel on our website is made-to-order unless otherwise noted. Each design is individually printed and pressed in-house after your order is placed.

Because of this custom production process, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Please review sizing charts, product descriptions, and personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@eighteenandco.com.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include your order number and photos of the problem.

Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.
Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we begin production and cannot cancel or alter the order.
- Email us at hello@eighteenandco.com to cancel your order. Again, must be within 24 hours or order being placed. No exceptions.
Refunds

Refunds (when approved) will be issued back to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days once your return or issue has been processed.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
