Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eighteen & Co, LLC. We’re proud to create high-quality, made-to-order apparel for every customer. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


Made-to-Order Production

  • All apparel on our website is made-to-order unless otherwise noted. Each design is individually printed and pressed in-house after your order is placed.

  • Because of this custom production process, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  • Please review sizing charts, product descriptions, and personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@eighteenandco.com.

  • To help us resolve your issue quickly, include your order number and photos of the problem.

  • Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we begin production and cannot cancel or alter the order.

  • Email us at hello@eighteenandco.com to cancel your order. Again, must be within 24 hours or order being placed. No exceptions. 

Refunds

  • Refunds (when approved) will be issued back to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days once your return or issue has been processed.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
